It is commonly advised to ensure a duration of eight hours of sleep during the night. What your body truly requires is not merely sleep but genuine rest.If you prioritize giving your body enought rest throughout the day, where your work and exercise feel rejuvenating, your sleep hours will naturally reduce. People want to do everything under stress. Some people are too stressed even when they go for a walk in the park. This isn’t good for them because they are walking as if they are in a battle, which can actually be more harmful than helpful. Why don’t you take a leisurely walk? Why not make walking or jogging an enjoyable and comfortable experience?
 
The question is how much sleep a person needs, and it depends on their physical activity. It’s not necessary to set specific amounts of food or sleep because they are not important in living a good life. Focusing only on calories and sleep count is unnecessary. Tomorrow, if you have more work to do, you should eat more food. It is the same with sleep. When your body is fully rested, it can wake up by itself regardless of the time it is. It is not ideal for your body to only wake up when the alarm goes off.

4.Drink water from a copper vessel.

If you can’t go without food or you can’t control when you eat because of your job and you haven’t practiced fasting before, then you can eat fruit instead. In essence, it boils down to cultivating an awareness of your own system.
 
Furthermore, if you have a habit of frequently consuming tea and coffee and attempt to fast, you may encounter significant difficulties. Prior to considering fasting, it is essential to enhance your eating habits. Begin by adopting a nourishing diet and gradually adjust your food choices. It is not advisable to forcefully deprive your body of nourishment as it can have adverse effects. It’s also important to remember that no one should force you to do anything.
